Yes, being a TimeTec Authorised Reseller makes you an i-AD Agent instantaneously. However, you still have to manually sign up here using your user login and accept the terms and conditions of the i-AD Agent agreement to activate your agent status.

You have to manually sign up here using your i-Neighbour resident's login and accept the terms and conditions of the i-AD Agent agreement to activate your agent status. After that you can start recruit i-AD advertisers and help them set up ads.

Once you have signed up as i-AD Agent, you will be i-AD agent until you have been inactive (no active advertiser) for 1 year or you manually terminate the status by writing in to us. If your neighbourhood stop subscribing i-Neighbour services, your agent status will not be affected and you can still check your income/transaction by signing in i-Neighbour. The only difference is you won't be enjoying i-Neighbour services such as visitor pre-registration, facility booking etc.

You have to sign up as many advertisers as possible, handle all the ad set up, create and upload ad and of course after sales service.

It's up to you. i-AD charges advertiser based on clicks and views the ad got at the end of every month. If your client prefers to pay online themselves, then they can pay through i-AD and i-AD will reimburse your 30% commission to you end of the month. If your client pays you first, then you just need to pay us the discounted 30% charges every month end. However, you need to decide this for each ad before you start to run it and it cannot be changed after that.

We will credit your margin to you once the transaction is cleared.

i-Neighbour, a SaaS application, works together with i-AD. We allow i-AD to display their advertisements on our web and mobile application. However, only neighbourhood management who has agreed to join i-AD Space Provider will be part of this program. On the other hand, it means that NOT all neighbourhoods have to become an i-AD Space Provider. Only neighbourhood management that wants to earn extra income from providing ads space, will be displaying ads in their neighbourhood account.

By becoming an i-AD space provider, a neighbourhood will be earning extra income when the ads displayed in their neighbourhood are clicked and viewed. Every click and view counts and at the end, the accumulated incomes can be used to offset/contra their i-Neighbour subscription fee. Extra income can be withdrawn for other usage of the neighbourhood. This means that the neighbourhood could be using i-Neighbour for free by becoming an i-AD space provider.

Yes, of course you can. But you will lose a tremendously easy way of generating extra income for your neighbourhood. Note that you can join i-AD space provider program anytime when you think you are ready.

Yes, neighbourhood management will have full control on where the ads will appear as well as what kind of ads will appear on your i-Neighbour account. Just go to "i-AD Setting" to carry out the necessary settings.

No, once a neighbourhood management has decided to become an i-AD space provider, it means that the whole neighbourhood is joining the program. As such, income generated will be given to the management directly.

Go to your dashboard > i-AD > Setting. You can select the content of the advertisement shown on your account as well as the space that you want to provide i-AD in displaying the ad here.

Yes, you can do that at dashboard > i-AD > Setting. Only tick the space that you want to display the ads. However, you may lose a tremendous amount of income if you opt out of the mobile version because nowadays, users prefer mobile application than web version. Research shows that mobile users are spending 86% of their time on mobile apps (source). So it is advisable to also allow i-AD to display ads on your mobile application in order to maximise your i-AD income.

Earnings are based on impressions, clicks and views. It is calculated in a very complex formula and involved much statistics and calculations. After complicated calculation, you can view your neighbourhood's earnings and monitor the performance in real time on your dashboard.

You can always monitor your earnings at your dashboard > i-AD > i-AD Stats.

After your neighbourhood has become an i-AD Space Provider, when it is time to renew your license, you will receive an invoice from us. We will auto deduct the sum with your i-AD Credit, if your i-AD Credit is insufficient to pay the total of the subscription fees, you will need to pay the balance by Credit Card, Paypal or Telegraphic Transfer.

Yes and No. The reason to have i-AD is to earn money to offset i-Neighbour subscription fees. So, first of all, the system will check if there is any outstanding payment to i-Neighbour from your side. IF there is no outstanding payment to i-Neighbour, you can leave the earnings in your account without using it (we call it "i-AD Credit"). Please note that i-Neighbour will not be giving any interest on your credits saved in the account.

Yes and No. You can withdraw the available credits balance in the i-AD Credit Account to the neighbourhood authorised Paypal account, ONLY IF you have cleared all of your i-Neighbour subscription fees.

Yes, but i-Neighbour will not be giving out any interest to you based on the credits that you’ve saved in credit account. Note that you must use the available credits in your i-AD Credit Account to pay the subscription fees first and then only you can consider other options (keep it in your account or withdraw it).

When your reseller logs in to his/her reseller account, he/she will be able to view your i-AD Credit. If it is time to pay the subscription fees, he/she can request to deduct it from your i-AD Credit account. If there are any extra credits after paying the subscription fees, you can then request your reseller to withdraw the credits to your neighbourhood Paypal account or leave them in your i-AD Credit Account to offset future bills.

Yes, a minimum balance of MYR30 or USD10 must be in your i-AD Credit Account. Moreover, the "Available Credit" shown has already deducted the MYR30/USD10. And you also cannot transfer more credits than you actually have earned.

The management will receive an invoice and the amount due shown is already deducted the i-AD Credit. After deduction, there will be a balance of USD100 in i-AD Credit Account. The management can keep the USD100 balance in their i-AD Credit Account (no interest will be given) or call to request to withdraw them to the neighbourhood authorised Paypal account.

The management will receive an invoice which shows the total subscription fee, amount of i-AD Credit that used to deduct the total and amount due that Greenville has to pay. They will need to pay the remaining USD600 of i-Neighbour subscription fee in other ways (such as Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer).

The Reseller will go to his/her reseller account and request to deduct USD800 from i-AD Credit of Saville Apartment. The management of Saville Apartment will receive the request notification from their reseller and upon approval, i-Neighbour will transfer the USD800 to the reseller. When there is no outstanding payment for reseller/i-Neighbour, the management of Saville Apartment can then request to withdraw the extra credits (USD200) to their authorised Paypal account or keep them in their i-AD Credit Account.

The Reseller will go to his/her reseller account and request to deduct USD200 from i-AD Credit of Habitat Condo. The management of Habitat Condo will receive the request notification from their reseller and upon approval, i-Neighbour will transfer the USD200 to the reseller. The Reseller will then settle the balance of the bill (USD600) with Habitat Condo off the system.

Through i-Neighbour App, residents of a neighbourhood can view and search for services such as restaurants, laundry stores, convenient stores and etc from i-Merchant based on their location around their neighbourhood. 

i-AD is a cloud advertising platform that highlights your business’s advertisements on SaaS applications targeted at their respective users. When a merchant registers themselves at i-AD, they will get a free account in i-Merchant. If merchants of i-Merchant want to increase their visibility in i-Neighbour, they can advertise in i-AD which targets i-Neighbour (or other Apps) users.

There is no subscription fee. Instead, a neighbourhood will be earning money by becoming an i-AD Space Provider.

i-AD pays neighbourhoods that signed up to be i-AD Space Provider by credits (USD or MYR) and keep the credits in i-AD Credit Account. For how to pay subscription fee using i-AD Credits, you can refer to "Payment Scenario Samples" above.

Yes, they can withdraw the available credits in their i-AD Credit Account to the neighbourhood authorized Paypal account ONLY IF there is no outstanding subscription payment to i-Neighbour or their reseller.

Although i-AD Credit is prioritised to be used to pay off i-Neighbour subscription, i-Neighbour cannot take the i-AD income that a neighbourhood earned without the consent of the neighbourhood.

Yes. i-AD Credits is prioritised to be used to pay off i-Neighbour subscription fee. i-Neighbour SaaS Provider has the rights to request a neighbourhood management to transfer i-AD Credits as payment to i-Neighbour if they failed to pay i-Neighbour subscription fee on time. Shall there still be any outstanding payments after the deduction from the credit account, i-Neighbour reserves all rights to terminate or suspend the neighbourhood account.

Setting up i-AD is very simple. To setup your advertiser account, please go to Advertiser Sign Up and to setup your i-AD Space Provider account, please go to Space Provider Sign Up. Yes. You can stop whenever you want. When you stop providing, there will be no more ads on your neighbourhood account. Thus, there will be no income from i-AD for your neighbourhood too. However, income generated before you stop your i-AD Space Provider role will be kept in your i-AD Credit Account.

Yes, you can resume anytime. After you reactivate your i-AD Space Provider role, i-AD will flow in ads in your designated space. Get ready to receive income from i-AD.
